The apartment located on the third floor of four accessible by lift, has two floors connected to each other by a spiral staircase. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a sofa bed for two people, TV and wardrobe. The room is very quiet and bright thanks to its pastel colors and the presence of a balcony. Also on the first floor is the kitchen with dining table and equipped with everything that can be used to prepare and eat meals. There are in fact hob, oven,microwave oven, fridge and freezer and dishes, pots, pans, plates, cups and glasses. Finally you will find the first bathroom of the house, with sanitary ware and bathtub. By accessing the staircase to the upper floor, however, you will find a beautiful recently built attic with fantastic architecture. There are two bedrooms here: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds (one of which has a pull-out mattress that can accommodate an extra person). The apartment therefore has 7 beds in its entirety. Clean linen (sheets, mattress cover, pillowcase, towel, shower towel and bidet towel) is present in the apartment and included in the price. In the house you will also find a washing machine that can be used during your stay. The location of the accommodation is suitable not only for lovers of the sea but also for nature lovers, as a fantastic path from the Roman era starts a little further on, which going up from the coast will give you a wonderful view of the entire coast.

We provide check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange the arrival time, show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or need. We will be at your disposal during your stay. Bedroom and bathroom linen is provided by us and included in the price. Check out will normally be carried out by 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work, before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from 1 March to 31 October, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to their twelfth birthday are exempt. 2) Additional people compared to those declared; we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and Check-out outside these hours (late check-in after 6pm and early check-in before 3pm) permission is often granted, by prior agreement and paying an extra cost to be agreed with the person who will always follow you at starting from 30 euros and up.

A few minutes by car from the historic center, in the immediate vicinity there are all the shops and services that can be useful and pleasant during your stay. A walk of about seven minutes will finally lead you to the beaches of Sestri Levante, including the splendid Baia del Silenzio. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or train you can reach and visit the other famous places in the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or by following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Furthermore, Sestri is about 50 km from Genoa. Sestri is also a popular destination for sportsmen and lovers of nature and trekking: on the heights there is in fact a dense network of paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty.
