It is important for us to know the owners of all houses and we have a long standing relationship with most of them. Seamlessly embedded into the countryside or villages our houses are ideally located for you to explore all that Tuscany has to offer. And let’s not forget that Tuscany is a great destination for fine dining and cuisine. We always have latest informations about local restaurants/wine factories to ensure that you can also enjoy the great local food and wine. 10 km from Montescudaio is the famous Bolgheri, capital of prestigious and envied wines all over the world! Enter the everyday life of these villages to get to know the habits and customs of the place. We hope you will enjoy browsing through our available properties. This cottage with wood beamed ceilings is located in a calm and beautiful position of the Tuscan countryside, immersed in the midst of a poetic nature. Discovered via the panoramic country road, it is approximately 3 km from the picturesque town of Guardistallo. Enclosed by olive groves, cypresses and ancient trees, the ‘Seaview’’s splendid location is enhanced by breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding rolling hillsides; which are immersed in Mediterranean woodlands all the way to the sapphire blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea (approxo.9 km). Ideal for relaxing promenades in shaded wooded valleys towards the ancient town of Casale Marittimo, "Seaview" is also the perfect spot for paradisiacal sunsets from the shady privacy of its terrace. The property is situated in the midst of ancient olive trees ,cultivated meticulously with constant devotion to biological agriculture. Moreover, the building has been constructed along the principles of green building. The 55 mq2 house is suitable for two; comprising of a state-of-the-art and fully equipped kitchen, a four ring induction cooking surface, a fridge, freezer, sat –tv heating and en suite air conditioning, Large bedroom and bath
