Everything! Beautiful villa, we had a two bedroom villa with two bathrooms and a living area incl a kitchenette. Awesome location between the main road and the shorefront- but very quiet. Amazing views of the opposite side of the lake.

Probably the best place I've ever stayed, the rooms are beautiful with very cozy interior design that feels homely. The facilities all work well and you feel like you're living in a very expensive apartment building. The outside area has beautiful greenery with exceptional views with a short staircase down to the lake where you can find souvenier shops, restaurants, etc. Gianpaulo is the friendliest host I've ever come across, he greeted us very shortly after we arrived and helped us with our bags. He showed us the room and then left us be for the whole week. If you want complete freedom and privacy in an absolutely gorgeous setting, this is the place to stay. Definitely coming back here!

The location, surrounding garden and facilities were all exceptional. It truely felt like we were staying at a retreat. Spa was fantastic. The whole place was stylish and designed perfectly with a luxurious feel with everything you could need. It was also lovely to be welcomed by the owner and shown around.

The apartment was gorgeous and perfect for our family of three. We made great use of the hot tub and gardens to kick a ball around and also the swimming pool. We loved the fact that within a couple of minutes we could be in the main shopping street. Paolo was very helpful and gave us a bottle of olive oil on departure which was very kind. We had a lovely few days here and would definitely revisit if we were in the same area again.

Beautifully presented, luxurious with a fabulous eye for detail in the decor. Great location, just a fight of stairs down to the lakeside with easy access to the beach, lake ferries, restaurants and Limone old town. Jean Paulo and Carina made us very welcome and were really attentive to all needs.

Sibenbras is a gem. It is such a beautiful place to stay. We were a family of 5, with 3 teens. The pool area was gorgeous and the ease of access to the main promenade were perfect for them. The apartment itself is fab, v comfy beds, great bathrooms and we loved our big balcony. Paolo, the owner, is so lovely, and sets the relaxed tone for the place - from his warm welcome, to the divine olive oil and grappa! We were lucky enough to borrow his e-bike one morning and go on one of the trails through the mountains - amazing. We really hope to return again in the future.
