Viva la Vida is an apartment of about 40 square meters spread over two levels, finely renovated, located in a quiet street next to Via Umberto, one of the most important and elegant streets of the beautiful old town center etneo. The apartment is located on the ground floor, inside a bright courtyard of an old building, accessible through a communal door. The property is ideally suited for couples, families or groups of up to five people (with extra bed on request) with every comfort to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. From the air-conditioned environment, to the independent bathroom for each of the two bedrooms, to the most varied kitchenware and appliances you will find yourself at your complete comfort at the Viva la Vida apartment.

The property is located in a strategic position because, as well as being well connected by metro (6 minutes walk) and bus (stop 30 meters) to the main sites of interest of the city (reachable on foot, the Via Etnea is only 13 minutes away), it is also very close to the central station and the exhibition center "Le Ciminiere" (both 5 min. walk). Walking the same distance you can also immerse yourself in the luxurious shops of Corso Italia, a refined street that flows into the sumptuous Piazza Europa. Access point to the beautiful seafront promenade, ideal place for lovers of jogging. Less than ten minutes' walk from "Vida la Vida" you will enter the characteristic "Piazza Carlo Alberto" market, open Monday to Saturday with its countless stalls. During the holidays in honor of Sant' Agata (3rd-6th February) you will have the privilege of attending the procession that will pass just behind the structure (during the so-called "outer tour" of day 4).
