We manage over 100 properties on the Como Lake and in the surrounding mountains and guarantee our guests a smooth and unforgettable experience. We're available to assist with any questions or offer recommendations for local experiences. IMPORTANT: since we're a professional Property Manager, for all our properties you will be asked to access a portal (Octorate) to fill the additional informations requested by law in Italy: register all guests data, sign the rental agreement, add your payment method to pay extras (if selected during the check-in phase; i.e. additional cleaning fee for pets where allowed) or tourist tax (where requested by the municipality). Sometimes communication via phone is smoother; maybe you will be requested to accept our messages, that will come directly from our channel management system. For example you will receive information and videos for the self check-in in case you will arrive out of the check-in window. You will have a "House Manager" that will be available for you in case of need.

Lezzeno, situated above Bellano, is a picturesque village nestled on the shores of Lake Como, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and stunning scenery. Its elevated position provides marvelous views of the lake and mountains, enveloped in a serene atmosphere, just a short drive away from the popular tourist spots around Lake Como. Strategically located, Lezzeno serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the surrounding area. Just a short distance away, Bellano provides a range of services, dining options, and charming shops. From Bellano, you can easily access Varenna, Lecco, and Milan by train, or explore other lake destinations like Bellagio and Menaggio via boat or ferry. For the adventurous, the nearby Sentiero del Viandante offers scenic hiking trails, while numerous panoramic hiking and climbing paths start nearby.
