Company information

I am an open-minded person, creative and willing to meet different people who love pleasant conviviality. I love to walk, good food and good wine and various disciplines such as ashtanga vinyasa yoga. I also organize boat trips and excursions to the mountains and to the most beautiful and important (for me) sites of Sicily. I shared apartments several times during my stays around Europe and in my city, I am an animal lover and I have 2 dogs, Barbi and Chievinni (mother and son). I am respectful of the privacy and the environment and I love to share the time, when possible, with my guests. I work with food and wine tourism also, and I never get bored!

Property information

- The apartment has been completely sanitized using alcohol and 120 degrees Celsius steam - This is my favorite apartment! It's located in a historical part of the city centre, so here you get everything you need: monuments, churches, museums, markets and also ATMs, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need! It can host up to 4 people, but we could also add an extra bed if needed. Groups larger than 4 people should contact me before booking! The apartment’s interiors have been recently renovated with wood flooring, panoramic French windows and modern appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, A/C…). There is also an amazing huge terrace on two levels, where you can enjoy a view on the city, the ancient churches’ domes on one side and the sea on the other. It’s incredible how easy it is to go from the calm of this quiet heaven, where you can also sunbathe, to the sounds and colors of the Vucciria market, which, at night, turns into everyone’s favorite place for its nightlife and the best street food. Guests will have the whole apartment for themselves. The jacuzzi service has an additional cost to be paid on site during check-in. It is advisable to request the service at least 24 hours before check-in. I remember that it is necessary to use the shower (in the house or cold on the terrace) before entering the Jacuzzi.

Neighbourhood information

We are located in the historical city centre, where cars are not allowed (ZTL: limited traffic zone), unless you get a daily 5-euro pass. Whatever you decide, our apartment is just 10 minutes walking from both Palermo Central Station (if you travel by train) and via Lincoln, where it’s quite easy to find a parking spot. You can dispose of the trash in via Venezia, otherwise we can take care of it for 20 euros. Also, it's mandatory to leave plates and cutlery clean, otherwise we can do it for you for 20 euros.
