We were a family of four, children are 14 and 11 years, stayed here for four nights. It is a complex of modern apartments, with self catering facilities, and also a breakfast was included on the main balcony each morning. Lovely feeling of space, surrounded by fruit gardens and trees and a view of the ocean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very quiet at night, good for sleeping. We cooked our evening meals in the apartment on the hob, this worked fine, there is also a fridge but no oven.

Pagando un po’ di più di strutture della stessa zona si ottiene una mini-suite (camera da letto + soggiorno + spazio esterno) con tanto di vasca idromassaggio. Ma non è finita qui. Intorno c’è un giardino con bellissime piante di agrumi e di altre specie mediterranee o tropicali, e pure alcuni animali. Ma non è finita qui. La cosa che a me personalmente ha stupito è una grande biblioteca con i classici latini e greci, libri di filosofia, di storia, politica, letteratura siciliana e storia della Sicilia. E una parte della biblioteca personale del proprietario che viene messa a disposizione degli ospiti per la consultazione. Mai visto niente di simile in una struttura turistica. Un unicum. Ma non è finita qui. C’è anche un panorama mozzafiato e una piscina che funziona nei mesi estivi (ad aprile quando ci sono andato era chiusa). E adesso è proprio finita qui, ma non è certo poco…
