Our apartments are your home in Salento, your landing place or your starting point: modern and functional, with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven etc.), living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, air conditioner, two satellite smart TVs with streaming services, bathroom complete with linens, eco-friendly dispensers and hairdryer, fast Wi-Fi, patio or large veranda with outdoor dining area and private solarium (in superior apartments). All apartments are eco-friendly, embellished with colourful canvas by Salento artist Antonio Chiarello. Our garden, flourishing with Mediterranean scrub, limestone rock and olive trees, contaminated by our passion for the world, sinks into a small natural chasm. An oasis where relaxation and ample breathing space come to life by soaking in the waters of the tropically coloured pool and its sensory hydromassage. Sunbeds and umbrellas are at the complete disposal of our guests, as is the free use of the electric car charging station. *Terra is a holiday home resort. Housekeeping is provided at the beginning and at the end of the stay, as well as a change of bed and bath linens. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional change of bed linen and towels will be available to guests. Terra does not provide a meal service, but for this purpose all the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. t will be our pleasure to direct you to the best local cuisine restaurants, do not hesitate to ask us for advice!
Hi, we are Daniele and Lucia, travellers for love, Salentini in our blood. “Terra” means: Earth, Roots, Soil, Land, Country, WORLD. So Terra speaks about roots sunk into the land and branches embracing the world, about coveted landings and fertile nourishment. About sea, sand, rock and nature, belonging and horizons. Terra Home Resort is our dream of hospitality. We welcome you to our Terra, and to yours.
Opened in June 2023, Terra Home Resort is in Spongano, a small town in the province of Lecce. Surrounded by countryside and olive groves, with a typically Salento historic centre waiting to be discovered, Spongano is just a few minutes from the crystal clear sea of Castro, from the arcane Zinzulusa cave wonders and from the amazing rocky Adriatic coast, dotted by magical coves and breathtaking sea descents. It is also half an hour from Lecce, our wonderful Baroque capital, and twenty minutes from the stunning Otranto, the first dawn of Italy, between ancestral alleys and white beaches.
