The residence is located within the historic center of Desenzano del Garda a few steps from the main port where you can embark on the various motorboats to explore the beautiful and unique Lake Garda. The building that houses the residence was buil at the early twentieth century and was completely renovated with fine finishes in 2012. The Residence has 9 apartments divided into Classic, Deluxe, Family and Family Deluxe apartments type that can accommodate couples and large families up to a maximum of 7 people. Our guests are offered many payment services such as: Private Parking, Daily Cleaning, Late Check Out, Shopping Service, Breakfast in the Room and Luggage Storage. Check in also during the night is guaranteed by a Self Check in system that leaves ample flexibility for our guests.

The company can boast twenty years of experience in the hospitality sector, with accommodation facilities open over Lake Garda also in Venice, The company is strongly passionate about the world of tourism and aims to offer a personalized and high quality service to its guests.

The Residence is located in the outskirts of the Cathedral of Desenzano, within the pedestrian zone where all the major services that the town can offer are available such as: Restaurants, Shops, Night Clubs and the Port where you can rent boats without a license or he can easily embark on the motorboats that explore Lake Garda every day.
