The company that manages The Seven Genoa is a young company made up of several entrepreneurs who have been operating in tourism and specialized in short-term rentals for more than a decade. The experience gained and the excellent results have allowed the creation of this structure which combines charm and design in one of the most prestigious streets of the historic centre.

Property information

The Seven Residence structure is housed inside Palazzo Lercari Spinola, built in 1546 and included in the list of Palazzi dei Rolli in 1576. The palace of absolute beauty has recently been renovated and partly used as residences for tourists and business. The central location, in a pedestrian area, makes the structure an excellent point of reference for those who must stay in Genoa for tourism or work. The structure consists of 25 apartments of different sizes that can accommodate from two to seven people: - studio with kitchenette (max 2 adults + 1 child) - one bedroom and one bathroom apartments (max 4 adults + 1 child) - apartments with two bedrooms and one bathroom (max 6 adults + 2 children) - two bedroom and two bathroom apartments (max 7 adults + 2 children) Only some apartments have a private terrace. and are called "Apartment with terrace". Main services of the structure: - The property provides daily tidying service, final cleaning and premium bed and bathroom linen included in the daily rate. - The structure does not have a private car park but car parks a few minutes' walk away (subject to availability) or an agreement with a public car park also a few minutes' walk from the structure (paid services). - The structure provides transfers to/from the airport, railway stations, Bueno terminals and cruises with its own 100% electric minivan or through partners (paid service). - Reception from 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM, evening check-in by appointment or self check-in. Neighbourhood information

Via degli Orefici is one of the most beautiful streets in the historic center. It is a pedestrian/restricted traffic area but can be accessed by car. Do not hesitate to ask us for instructions for accessing the restricted traffic zone and tell us your license plate number to authorize access. Staying in the historic center allows customers to breathe the true climate of one of the most beautiful historic centers in the world. Via degli Orefici joins Piazza Banchi to Piazza Campetto. The Genoa aquarium is located just 400 meters away, via Garibaldi and via San Lorenzo less than 300 meters.
