Roomy and cozy 116 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located in a building without a lift at the first floor (you still have to climb some stairs to access it). The accommodation is located in the heart of Udine, a short distance from the main points of interest (a 10 minute walk from Castello di Udine, a 8 minute walk from via Mercatovecchio and Piazza della Libertà and a 2 minute walk from Teatro S. Giorgio). The building consists of three bedrooms, kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. The accommodation is composed as follows: -BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, desk with chair, bathroom with tub; -BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe and desk with chair; -BEDROOM III with single bed, TV, wardrobe and desk with chair; - KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table, fridge with small freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, various kitchen utensils; - LIVING ROOM with small sofa, TV, bookcase and fan; -BATHROOM I with shower cubicle, bidet and toilet.
