L'Uliveto is a wonderful and charming stone farmhouse, recently restored from an old barn that served an ancient manor of the XVIII century. The house is located in one of the most idyllic areas of the Cortonese mountains, 700 meters above sea level, immersed in oak and chestnut woods, with a beautiful view of the valley which can be admired from the garden where there is also a relaxing and private swimming pool. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy relaxing walks along quiet paths and country roads in the woods. If you are lucky, you can spot beautiful wild animals such as deer and hawks. The original stone floors, wooden beams, walls and arches inside the farmhouse have been preserved and carefully restored and the furniture is welcoming and comfortable. Other information The Villa is 120 sqm on two levels. Ground floor: living/dining room with kitchenette and fireplace, and bathroom with shower. First floor: internal access from the ground floor through a stone staircase with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, satellite TV and an American coffee machine.
