Amazing location and facilities, the staff were extra helpful and friendly, the shuttle to the easier slopes and the town was constantly running and the atmosphere in the evenings was cosy and picturesque. We booked the ski lessons and hire the ski equipment through the Hotel too, so all very easy to arrange.

The hotel is great, recently renovated, the staff is very helpfull, especcially Beatrice which is an angel and helped us with a lot of care when we encountered a problem with our transportation in the last day. The food is great and the shuttle service to the lifts is very efficient The Spa was great.

Great location with frequent shuttle service to slopes/town. Clean, well appointed rooms with good facilities. Nice, comfy bed and pillows. Fire side bar was a good place to stop and chill out after day skiing with Aperitivo/snack served at 5pm each day. Good choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Skii hire & lessons can all be organised from within hotel. Spa and pool were lovely.

The staff were so helpful! The hotel is well decorated with many areas of all different styles. It was also so extremely clean!! The pool is large, the spa excellent the dining area lovely. The ski room was modern and very conveniently located. As was the continuous shuttle van which took you to town or the lifts!

The food was excellent, we had half board and it was really good, the buffet is extensive and they even had a juice bar! The rooms were very comfortable, large and quiet and the hotel is in good condition. Our room was facing the main mountain and was just beautiful. The staff are all very friendly and say hello all the time. The lobby with the warm fire was just so picturesque when it was snowing. The skiing location is wonderful and the Cervino mountain is a sight to be seen! Everyone in town is very friendly and there are good restaurants and bars in town and on the slopes.

This was my favourite ski hotel EVER. The hotel was so luxurious and contemporary compared to older fashioned ski resorts. The bedrooms were so spacious and there was plenty of room to hang out in different areas on an evening without feeling like you were stuck in the same hotel. The food was outstanding. Truly. The staff were absolutely incredible and even put on really well put together evening performances. There’s a swimming pool (remember your cap!) and an amazing spa. I can’t thank the hotel enough for my amazing stay. Best holiday ever :)
