My B&B is situated in the center of Cervignano, from where you can walk to stores, supermarkets, restaurants and bars and in ten minutes you can reach an important railway station. In my structure I can accommodate up to five people in two separate rooms and four bicycles in a safe place inside the building. I am available to make breakfasts for people with intolerances, even very early in the morning and take away, if requested in time. The one you will enter is a house furnished for living, with lots of wooden furniture and warm colors in which I try to make people feel comfortable. It is the house where I also live, on a separate floor. I offer free wifi and possibility of independent return.

The B&B Velocipede is a little out of the usual standards. In fact, its furniture reflects the history of the house in which it is located and the tastes of its owner (which would be me). The building in which it is located was designed by my dad in 1954 and some parts of the furniture, such as the built-in wardrobes and the internal staircase, belong to the original project. The furniture is partly the original and partly recovered from private individuals or second-hand dealers. I am in fact a lover of old and ancient things for taste, and for a philosophy of life contrary to waste and consumerism. Even in my private life I prefer vintage clothes that I look for in flea markets and thrift shops. As for the services of the B&B, the cleaning products I use are as much as possible respectful of the environment and with a low environmental impact, including soaps and shampoos for the guests. I try to have a healthy lifestyle, to buy local food, and when possible to offer it to my guests. I would like to be able to communicate all this.

Cervignano is a quiet town, surrounded by fields mostly cultivated. It is possible in a few minutes to be in a country lane, or if you prefer you can walk along the banks of the river Aussa. If you have a car and if you want to move, you can be in 10 min. to Aquileia, UNESCO city, and in 15 min. to Palmanova, another Unesco city. The international airport of Trieste is 10 min. by car or train. The train station is just minutes from my home. Restaurants, pizzerias, shops .... no problem. Basically all that is needed. Often around the corner.
