My accommodation is located on Lungomare di Marina di Pietrasanta, in front of the sea, near restaurants and nightlife. Just 3km from Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta. Ideal for family vacations and groups of friends. Panoramic sea and mountains view. The villa is very typical for its maritime decor, there is a large living room and also a private garden with parking space. The house is on two floors, the upper floor consists of three bedrooms with a large L-shaped terrace from which you can see the sea. Still on the upper floor there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, with non-restricted access to the rooms. On the ground floor the living area consists of a large open space room where there is the fireplace room and the dining room that communicates with the kitchen. From the ground floor there is access to the garden which is very private and cool thanks to the plants that surround it. The internal garden can also be accessed from the road through a gate and it is therefore possible to park the car, the motorbike or the bicycles comfortably.
