Welcome to Mansalto ! Francesca and her team are managing the company since 2012 ! 2,000 hectares in a single body that extend into two Provinces (Siena and Arezzo). The forest covers about two thirds of the surface and incorporate a historically minority and discreet human presence. The vineyards (75 hectares) and the olive groves (40 hectares) are set among oaks, chestnut trees, heather and add an order to the wild wood, with an average altitude of 500 mt and peaks of over 600 mt, we have a great biodiversity in which the crops grow. This is a source of complexity for the products of the earth. Moreover the non-intensive cultivation situation is guaranteed by the impressive surface of the woods compared to the cultivated land. This gives healthiness to the products and the need for minor care interventions compared to intensive cultivation. We produce Chianti wines, IGT and a great Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We are managing 19 apartments and 2 villas with pool : once you arrive you will find our staff at your disposal. We will be happy to invite you for a wine tasting and a gift bottle will be present in your house !

Villa Le Tornaie is probably of Roman origins, the beautiful stone arch of the courtyard is probably the oldest part of the house. The furniture has been studied in detail with beautiful original antique furniture. This typical country villa is equipped with all the best comforts to ensure a splendid and restful stay. Outdoor pool 6x9 mt, gym and aerobics area, sauna, Turkish bath, six-person whirlpool and ping pong. Bedrooms have all a private bathroom and are located on the two floors of the villa. The main living room, with a beautiful antique stone fireplace and a grand piano and the large equipped kitchen (dishwasher and various appliances) is located at the first floor connected with the original stoned external stair. You can enjoy your stay by using also the barbecue and the wood-burning oven for pizzas ! We offer different types of extra services such as breakfast delivered directly to your home, shopping service, the chef who will come to your home to prepare fantastic Tuscan dinners, pizza or lasagna delivery, guided tours, taxi service ... and much more!

Our property is located in such a charming district just at 30 minutes by car from Siena and 45 minutes from Arezzo. You will rarely find 2,000 hectares of land made up by vineyards, olive trees, woods of Turkey oaks, chestnuts and cluster pines, three ancient villages with swimming pools, a synthetic tennis court and two villas with private swimming pool, spa and no neighborhood. History tells us about an esoteric place, inhabited by Templars and by the Etruscans, important junction between the Maremma region and coastal and hilly areas. Many of our country houses were built with the remains of the first buildings that were destroyed because of the struggles between Siena and Arezzo. Spending your holidays here means losing yourself into a magic atmosphere, where past and present meet within the peaceful Tuscan countryside.
