The apartment is located within a residential complex consisting of 16 apartments and is spread across a ground floor, with a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking; romantic double bedroom with Queen Size bed, comfortable mattress; study / relaxation area with sofa and LCD TV-SAT; recently renovated bathroom with large walk-in shower. The Wi-Fi service is free throughout the property and 24 hours a day. It is surrounded by a private garden all for the exclusive use of our guests. Every window and patio door of the house overlooks our private garden. The car during your stay is necessary for travel. A covered parking space is available for you near the entrance to the apartment.

Hi, I'm Cristina and together with my sister Claudia we would be happy to welcome you in our nice apartment located at the gates of Poggibonsi in a typical Tuscan rural village, next to the provincial road that leads to: the Chianti area, the important art cities Florence , Siena, Pisa, Lucca and only 10 minutes by car from the famous city of San Gimignano, Unesco heritage. We are very passionate about Sports, Theater, Dance, Shopping and above all Travel. This work gives us the opportunity to be in contact with people and learn about many different cultures and customs.

For travel, a car is required because on foot it could be dangerous given the proximity of the provincial road. Within 150 m there are: three supermarkets and a large shopping area, bars, restaurants and take-away. In the surroundings it is possible to go hiking, trekking and mountain biking as well as balloon rides, swimming pool, tennis, golf and horse riding.
