In a splendid Villa, in the seaside village of Marzamemi, 230 meters from the sea, you will find a small apartment full of memories of an authentic Sicily, in a sumptuous garden at complete and exclusive disposal of the guests. Clean, bright, on the ground floor, surrounded by greenery, full of air and light, this small apartment is composed of a large and comfortable bedroom with a bunk bed, a living room kitchen, with a sofa bed, and a large bathroom. The villa is absolutely prestigious and exclusive: 400 meters from the heart of Marzamemi, which can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is on the ground floor and has the entire garden, the living area under the veranda, the parking you see in the photos: a small, incredible paradise in the heart of Marzamemi! Guests have access to the entire ground floor of the Villa and the sumptuous garden, sharing only the parking area with the very kind owners. Furthermore, for the exclusive use of guests, a well-equipped and well-maintained barbecue.
Marzamemi is a fraction of Pachino which is about 2 km away and is bathed by the transparent waters of the Ionian Sea that crosses the Mediterranean Sea further south. Marzamemi was founded by the Arabs during the domination in Sicily. In 1752 the palace of the Prince of Villadorata was built, the church of the tonnara and the fishermen's houses that revolve around the small square. The "Spinazza" is the coast with a wide beach that bathes Marzamemi. At 20 Km you can visit Noto, the capital of the Baroque. The city of Noto has been declared a "UNESCO World Heritage Site". Moreover you can visit the faunistic oasis of Vendicari very important for the presence of the rich migratory birds park also of the remains of Greek antiquity, such as the Sveva tower and the tonnara. You can reach the island of Correnti and the beach of Carratois. At 30 Km you can reach Modica, Scicli, Ragusa and make a jump in the places of Montalbano with Punta Secca. Furthermore you can reach the city of Syracuse at 50 km to visit the ear of Dionisio, the Greek theater, the cave of the cordai, the source of aretusa and many other places.
