The property offers a completely rebuilt house with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and ensuite toilet, a beautiful private garden with shady places , veranda with dining table and chairs, a swimming Pool ( Shared with another vacation house ) with sunterrace, beachchairs and stunning views over the green ocean of Tuscan hills. We care for our planet and we are against every form of waste, so we furnished our house partially with wooden furnitures made by Andrea's father himself in the last years of his life, we completed with some Ikea things because we like the design and Corinna restaured some old pieces. The work inside and outside the house was made by ourselves or by local artisans. We point to a sustainable and conscious life and hosting We try to maintain our own style and to provide everything you need and we also try not to throw away things when they are still useful, this is our philosophy and we hope you appreciate. Heating is not included and will be calculated among consumption

Dear guests we are honored to welcome you at our place and we wish you a wonderful time here in Tuscany. There are some things that we'd love to share with you.  We love travelling and we've travelled the world as backpackers staying in simple hostels or sleeping under the stars. In our former lifes Andrea was a successful software engineer and Corinna a tourist guide and then Travel agent (still she is ). Now Andrea is a Shiatsu Therapist and Counseller and Corinna a Dance Therapist. We are both very engaged in intentional comunities and interested in Healing, Comunication and Relationships sharing our knowledge and skills mostly for free and with the idea of gift economy. We have two grown up sons Samuel 18 and Jakob 25 wich live and sometimes work with us. For our maintainance we rent these houses that Andrea  inherited from his grandmother and renewed with care. In some periods of the year you do not pay more than in simple Hostels or on Camping sites, having all comforts.

The picturesque, a little bit sleepy village of Rivalto with bar and grocer's shop lies at 500-m height and is surrounded by forests, vineyards and olive groves.there are numerous beautiful footpaths around for your daily walks. In Casciana Terme, the nearby health resort (approx. 4 kms) you find a very beautifully located swimming-pool, all important services ( post, bank) , cafés, restaurants and shopping possibilities and a beautiful spa area.
