Property information

This fantastic property is just 10 minute walk to the center and the sea. A fantastic place where you can spend a great holiday. The villa is situated on a hill, overlooking Tropea and the sea. This villa has a large living/dining area, with a dining table and chairs, armchair, double sofa bed, stereo, and well-stocked bookshelves. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas cooker, and an oven and there is a WC/utility downstairs. It has both air-conditioning and central heating. Internet, infinity saltwater pool, and whirlpool area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Two double bedrooms with double beds and one twin bedroom with single beds, a sofa bed in the living room, and two bathrooms. There is also a shared well-stocked garden, with a patio, flowers, and trees. There are chairs and a table for outside dining, bbq, wood-burning brick oven "PIZZA", we have old spring water. One private parking. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and the center of Tropea where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. The important rule about the property: Please it is very important that you switch off the lights and air conditioning when you are not at home.

I'm in the neighborhood of villa Fontana Panoramic. I and my family are not often home because We work in the historic center but when We are home We do the best because our clients have their own privacy and spend great holidays in our house.
