INTERIORS: The rooms of Villa Gemma are divided in 2 levels. From a patio, there is access to a central space dedicated to relax, with 2 sofas L-shape and round poufs around a fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen with island and a double door refrigerator with freezer. An area with sliding glass walls with a dining table, offers a fabulous view of the garden and the pool. 4 separate bedrooms, each with a hallway and dedicated bathrooms THE EXTERIORS: At the center of the external area we find a beautiful and large (5mx11m) heated swimming pool even for the mild Sicilian winters, which has a shallow side up to 1.20m for those who simply want to relax and a depth of up to 2.30m in the trampoline area. . The pool area also has 2 beautiful outdoor showers, a utility room with washing machine and a bathroom. A beautiful professional kitchen, with chef's burners, plates and pizza oven, central table and chairs and 2 gazebos & barbeque . Large shaded terraces and gazebos and interiors make Villa Gemma a perfect beach holiday home. For bookings requiring pool heating, a charge of 250 euro per week per stay is required (minimum 200euro for less than 1 week). Heated pool is guaranteed for booking made at least 7 days in advance of the stay. In case of shorter notice pool heating is subject to technical warm up time and you can discuss more in detail with the host specific circumstances

Neighbourhood information

Villa Gemma is ideally perfect for those who love to laze on the sandy beaches, savor the wonders of Sicilian cuisine and explore fascinating historic towns. Villa Gemma is surrounded by many restaurants and supermarkets along the coast, within walking distance, and is located equidistant from Ispica and Pozzallo, two centers 10 minutes away that can be used for shopping and / or evening entertainment. A few kilometers away are Marzamemi, Pachino and Capo Passero, whose lighthouse signals the southernmost point of Italy, much further south than Tunis! The coast is almost entirely occupied by long sandy beaches BLUE FLAG for its green and crystalline waters and for their general ecological excellence. Just to the west is the port of Pozzallo from where, in just 90 minutes by hydrofoil, it is possible to arrive in Malta. To the north-east are the splendid baroque towns of Noto, Syracuse, once the most powerful city of Magna Graecia, and the Vendicari Nature Reserve, home to beautiful unspoiled beaches, migrating flamingos and nesting turtles. About 30-40 minutes by car to the west are the other beautiful towns of the Val di Noto, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
