Property information

Villa Madreperla is a small villa on a single level plus a large and comfortable solarium with a wonderful sea view, and large outdoor spaces available for our guests. Villa for 6 guests: The villa is at about 150 meters from the wonderful Procchio Gulf. It consists of a living room with TV; an American style kitchenette (with four gas burner stove; oven; refrigerator with small freezer, dishwasher); a bedroom with a double bed; another room with two single bed and a large one with four single beds; two bathrooms with shower. Outside, a large outdoor space with gazebo, table and chairs and on the second floor a big solarium overlooking the wonderful gulf of Procchio and barbecue. Modern and comfortable furniture, with A/C and free Wi-Fi; parking space inside the property.

Neighbourhood information

The property is near the small Guardiola beach. Procchio beach, which is well known for its fine sand and Posidonia, is only 150 meters away. These are ideal beaches where you can relax sheltered from wind; their shallow waters make them also safe for children. Downtown Procchio is just a short walk away. This lively town offers all essential services, a bank, a pharmacy, cafés and restaurants. The beach is equipped with sailing and motor boat rentals, sunbeds and umbrellas, windsurf, diving, cafés and restaurants.
