Great location, quiet but within walking distance of restaurants, shops, ferry etc. Nice room with balcony and tea/coffee facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great selection of food at breakfast

The hotel was excellent, the staff was very friendly, helpful and flexible. Breakfast was superb with plenty of option to choose. Rooms were cleaned daily The location besides the lake Gatda worked for us. There was a garage for cars which was very handy.

The room was lovely, well maintained clean and in good order. The view of the lake was especially lovely, although in the summer the trees on the opposite side of the road will obscure some of the view. The room was a suite with lake view and was big enough to accommodate 4 big (77cm) luggage bags! Excellent cupboard space.

Thanks to the whole team, especially Sofia and her new colleague did an amazing job! The hotel is very comfortable and directly on the lake. Restaurants are close by. Bicycles are available to rent for free - we had a pleasant stay and come back! 😊

Breakfast is the typical italian style with lots of everything, and it’s mostly sweet. However the scrambled eggs sausages and bacon met my needs. The coffee machines were out of this world and delivered great tasting coffee, quickly too. For those of a European background there were croissants, cakes cheeses yoghurts with plenty of fruits and cakes… did I mention cakes? And to add to your appetite the view was of the the lake so was fantastic

Everything, it is wonderful, a real gem! This hotel should be used S the template for all hotels, I’ve travelled to 67 countries and this is the loveliest, most outstanding hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. From the staff to the bedding, location, food, (breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and for me lots of Vegan options, soy milk, fruits, Berries, yogurts, even Vegan croissants, I was so happy. I loved the style and design of the building, the cleanliness throughout it was outstanding. Overall it was super comfortable and a joy to be there, sadly only two nights but we will go back many times I am certain.
