Located on the first floor, this apartment with a relaxing atmosphere and simple design consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed (for 2 people), a charming kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom. This holiday apartment can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. After a long day at the beach, you can share delicious meals together at the table of your spacious, private balcony, which wraps around the exterior of the building. Relax under the starry sky with a glass of wine in the fresh air and admire the garden of the fenced property. Due to its great location in town, you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and gelaterias as well as the historic tower and promenade along the harbor within an 15-minute walk. Several beautiful, sandy beaches, including Spiaggia degli Aranci and Spiaggia le Colonie, are about 400 m or a 9-minute walk away. Here you can sunbathe below the warm, Italian sun on the sand and refresh yourself in the Adriatic Sea. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed.
