The house has 2 parking spaces and is located in a private and fenced complex called "Villaggio Solaria", consisting of 2 levels, one upstairs with three bedrooms with balcony and bathroom with large shower in opaque glass while on the lower floor there is a large dining room with a double sofa bed and 18cm latex mattress, kitchen with fridge, stove and gas oven, a bathroom and a closet with washing machine. Outside there are 2 large gardens, the access one including internal parking and equipped veranda, and an opposite garden equipped with a large table and chairs, barbecue and an outdoor shower with hot water. The most beautiful beaches of Salento are just a few hundred meters away on foot, as is the free shuttle that takes you to the town center which is still easily reachable on foot. The strong point of our structure is the tranquility of the village and the large, comfortable gardens for cool outdoor dinners. ATTENTION: 5kW of electricity per dat are included, the rest of the consumption (if any) has a cost of 0.50 cent per kW.

We are a family that has always spent their holidays in this house and we are still in love with it, even if the time available to relax by the sea has been considerably reduced. We would like to share our apartment with you immersed in an oasis of tranquility a stone's throw from the sea.

The area is just outside the summer chaos, this allows you to move on foot to reach the beach or the town center where every service is located. Pay attention to the accommodation you choose: many are close to the beach but Porto cesareo has many beaches. The most beautiful ones you see in the postcards are in the locality of "Scalo di furno" "Le Dune" or "Hotel Blu", while those in the center of the town are less famous and in full summer traffic.
