The general manager, Rashed, is a wonderful person and made us feel very welcome and comfortable in his luxury camp. His English is perfect! He proudly told us what to expect the night we spent there and suggested some excursions which he also arranged for us. This met our expectations. The dinner we had in the large dining hall was delicious cooked in the sand pit underground. The staff made sure we had everything we needed. Rashed had brothers and relatives working as a good team. They drove us to Wadi Rum and served a wonderful breakfast and dinner. Everything depends on trust, because we paid for all of this. After check-out, we will definitely suggest a tour of Wadi Rum for 6 or 8 hours in a VIP jeep. We visited amazing sites in the desert and the sunset is something you want to experience. The natural facilities inside the tent are wonderful. The bed and bathroom are comfortable. The night sky is dark and the surrounding area is like Mars.
