I can recommend it to anyone who wants to play in Susukino. Reasonably priced and located only a 15 minute walk to the downtown Susukino area. Clean and well air-conditioned. Easy access from Nakajima Koen Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway, which is only a 5-minute walk away.

Staff didn't speak English but they tried their best to help when we needed to see a doctor. For a business hotel, we expected that they'd be better prepared for situations like this, e.g. already have a list of English speaking doctors so we don't have to ring around to multiple clinics. Facilities were a bit old but clean. Location was close to the park but a bit far from the centre.

Staff so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but extremely sufficient. The bedrooms are mostly refurbished with some old features. The bathroom dated. But between both rooms exceptionally clean and everything worked just fine so this hasn't put me off in any way. Slippers and amenities available. I believe there is free tea and coffee during the day. Good location next to subway station.

The staff was very helpful, even holding my bags for free when I arrived too early for check-in, although there were also lockers in the main lobby for larger bags I assume. The breakfast, while not extensive, was sufficient and rather tasty with a good selection of food. The location, right on the edge of Nakajima-koen, is fine - it's easy to walk to restaurants, Susukino, or the running paths along the river (as well as Nakajima-koen itself). All in all, a simple, comfortable place to stay!

L'hôtel est proche d'une station JR (5 minutes à pied). Il dispose de son restaurant : les petits-déjeuners sont simples, mais suffisamment diversifiés pour répondre aux préférences de chacun (sucré ou salé, liquide ou solide) et on pouvait y manger le soir (non compris dans la formule), là encore, c'était simple, mais bon. Le personnel est professionnel.

Le petit déjeuner était très sympa, le personnel très poli et efficace. L'hôtel n'est vraiment pas loin de la station de métro avec un konbini à côté. L'hôtel est relativement calme de manière générale.
