I liked how close the hotel was to the subway line (literally outside) and also 5 mins walking distance away from the airport shuttle bus (highly recommend). The hotel is also situated on the fringe of Susukino, walking distance to Nijo market and Tanuki Koji shopping street. The hotel was bigger than a typical hotel size in Tokyo. Was given 3 single beds for my family of 4 (2 kids below 6), very adequately spaced. Luggages could be stored under the bed giving the room more space. Towels could also be changed every day.

Thank you reception lady help me retrive my leave behind Amour bag pack i leave behind at the couch. She even help me translate the fees for taxi at the hotel entrance. The hotel super clean. Excellent location to metro for foreigner like us who dont drive. The snow festival is too cold for us. However, the complimentary amenities of face cream at the lobby really help as we are from hot weather country. Very happy to stay at Sotetsu Susukino and will recommend to all my friends , family and i will be back again if i visit Hokaido.

The hotel is clean and comes with free masks, toothbrush, toothpaste, green tea, matcha powder, facial mask etc. for you to take freely at the counter. Staffs are friendly too. Self Check-out is easy.

The hotel generously upgraded us to a special room on the top floor for our honeymoon trip, which deserves special recognition. The location is conveniently close to the underground shopping street, connecting to various malls like Parco and Cocono Susukino. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful in guiding us to our destinations with patience. With this level of service at this price point, we highly recommend it!

Simple and comfortable. Staff were very helpful with storing our luggage before check in. The TV has YouTube which was nice as most hotels only have Japanese channels. Location is right next to a train station. It’s a slightly out of the main Susukino area but also cheaper. I would say it’s good value for money.

This was our first time staying with Sotetsu and we booked an adjoining room for the 4 of us and it was excellent. The rooms are very spacious, comfy beds and pillows, everything was really clean and the breakfast was so delicious. We loved it so much we booked another Sotetsu hotel in Kyoto.

Near the Airport Limousine Bus Stop..just in front of hotel..walking distance to many places like Tanukikoji Street, Nijo Market, Odori Park, also a few halal restaurant...the room just nice..for muslim, even it's a little bit small but still have a space for solat...total overall, my team love this hotel so much..might be repeat if going to Sapporo again

Great location, clean and new hotel! The subway entrance is right in front of the hotel and there are many eateries that open till late around the area. It is very convenient and central within Susukino! Hotel is also very new and clean, well maintained :)
