Convenient location, just 5 min walk from train station, and shopping street. The bath facility is an add on, a good way to relax after a day of long walk . It was my second stay!

It's really fully equipped with amenities and the room is quite big and grand for the family room. I like that the cleaning of the room can be requested. There is also onsen and sauna as part of the shared facilities. All the shopping streets are just a walk away. The staff are very friendly and provide directions for the attractions and food recommendations.

The location was good, few stops with tram, and near shops and restaurants. Castle was 15 minutes walk. Bedding so confortable. Room is like in the picture. The spa was a nice surprise. There is no one in late hour, I had it for myself it was relaxing after a long day.

Hotel was in a good position for metro trams and buses. Also close to a range of restaurants. We had adjoining rooms and, like everywhere, the twin room was bigger than the double. Comfortable

The location is good, very close to the Kumamoto castle and city center, in the hot spring floor, you could see the castle and sun set too

The location is great, it's very easy to get there from Aso Airport or Kumamoto Station, we could see Kumamoto Castle from the room. The traditional breakfast buffet was delicious and the receptionists were so kind, patient and helpful when we asked about shipping our luggage to a different city so we didn’t have to carry it with us while riding the busy trains.
