Hello! My name is Seiya living in Izu peninsula. I'm currently enrolled in graduate school. I've been writing a paper of tax law. And I'm operating a small company of realestate. My hobby is fishing, go for ride, shoot a photograph, sing a Japanese traditional style ballad(Enka). I hope you have a good trip in Izu! You can ask me about Izu anything you want. Don't hesitate! I support your explore the Izu to the best of my ability. I think true Japanese culture consists in rural areas. Unfortunately currently, there are three major problems in the rural areas of Japan: low birthrate and aging population, population decrease, many vacant houses. At one time I was working on politician secretary in Tokyo. However, in order to solve those problems I returned to my hometown and founded a company. I renovate the vacant house and lend it to everyone. In addition, I'm hiring local grandmothers as cleaning staff. All believe that you will know Izu 's wonderful environment and lead to immigration. Finally, I'm afraid my expressions maybe rude or hard to read,because I'm not so good at English.But please be patient! Thank you!

Situated only 10 minutes on foot from JR Usami station. There is a river in front of the eye.There are small fishes in this river. There are also Japanese cypress baths made by experienced craftsmen. My house has a type of balcony overlooking a river, called 'kawayuka' In the house,there are air conditioners, refrigerators, microwave ovens, rice cookers, toasters, electric kettles, gas cooker, pots and dishes and some seasonings and washing machine. My house is only 2 minutes' walk from the nearest sea and within 5minutes walk from the supermarket,convenience store,drugstore. Free parking available for guests.(one or two car) There are a lot of various tourist attractions and nice onsen in Ito city.For example, Ito Marine Town(25minutes on foot), Tokaikan(15minutes by train and walk),Mt.Oomuro(40minutes by train and bus),Lake ippeki(40minutes by train and bus).
