It was an amazing stay, we really loved everything about it. The staff was amazing friendly (Pointing out Lee and Jasmin, Lily) everyone was so helpful. Our daughter loved it. It’s such a lovely place with a beautiful pool, TukTuk service. So you can enjoy the tranquility a bit outside from town. We already traveled and lived in Asia but this hotel is outstanding.

We did not order the breakfast, but the smoothie shop is fantastic and has great smoothies, highly recommend that. There were several problems with our room which were all remedied by a new room, some lack of maintenance and also the bed was very hard so we needed a topper which they provided. The pool area is lovely although they could use some more loungers but there might not be enough space. There was also some maintenance going on while we were there which could be quite loud at times but was not consistent. The location is a bit out of town but the hotel provides a very convenient tuk tuk service. The entire staff was gracious and accommodating, extraordinarily kind. This is a fairly new hotel and I think they are in the growing pains but this is a great place to stay in Siem reap.

The property is stunning. Everything was clean and new. We felt like beating in heaven. The pool is breathtaking, we spent all of our days there and recharged our batteries. The staff was one of the best we had in Asia. They were all nice and ready to help us. I really recommend this resort. I would definitely like to come back!

Beautiful property, a little out of the main town but they offer a free shuttle service, so no problem. Nice, clean rooms and a coffee shop in the resort. The pool is nice :) The restaurant and service was incredible - some of the staff are very attentive and thoughtful! I had a great massage there!

Everything, except the location. It was a bit out of town but the hotel offered their own tuk tuk into town. Lovely room, with excellent balcony. Exceptionally helpful staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Booked the tuk tuk to round the temples and he was excellent. Very good value and a really pleasant 4 day stay.

The room with a pool access was better than on pictures. Better than what we would expect. Felt very private with amazing design details. But what was truly spectacular was the service. The personnel at the hotel went above and beyond. I can confidently say it is the best service I’ve ever encountered, and I have traveled a lot. This is a service that goes beyond service - it is a true experience that also feels very genuine. I’d be back for sure.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were amazing and attentive. A special shout out to Kane who took incredible care of us and planned all our trips and made sure we had a picnic when we did the early mornings and missed breakfast. The hotel was incredible. We can't wait to go and stay again. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Siem Reap.
