Upon checking in, we were given a pamphlet covering the facilities of the hotel and how to use the aircon (something we struggled with in our previous hotel). The facilities were clean and our stay was comfortable. The room was spacious enough for me and my friends to lay out 3 large luggages for packing purposes. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and were able to converse in English too!

Casaloma Hotel is like a favourite, old Aunt: you know she must have been glamorous back in the day, but now she's showing her age and could do with a make-over. Everything was fine: Casaloma is next to an airport bus stop, the rooms are a nice size (with a great view) and there is a nice rooftop swimming pool. However the communal areas look very tired and the whole place is crying out for a bit of love (and money!)

The room was large and spacious with enough room for luggage. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The bathroom was large too and had a great shower/water pressure which was so good after long days exploring. It is in a good location to explore the waterfalls and visit the night markets. It seems like a more quieter part of the island. Staff were lovely and gave us an upgrade which was so kind. There was a gym which was great and a games room below the lobby that was good to use.

Great room with lots of space, which looked newly renovated. Sea view, nice shower and comfy beds. Could park our car right outside the front of the hotel. Short walk to lots of restaurants. Convenience store on site.

location was ideal for walkers and even solo traveller, we are within walking distance to a nearby park, in fact just across the hotel. Cheonjiyeon Waterfall was within walking distance too tho the waterfalls was not as awesome when i last visited in 2016. what's more, the seogwipo maeil olle market and a Catholic church were my best found near the hotel. i love the market with so much to explore and all kinds of stuff, from dried to fresh catch and plenty to choose for your daily meals. we were fortunate to join a local free guide walk on route 6, a bonus for my trip to Jeju. we enjoyed the walk tho long route for our legs but a worth one to see the beauty of Jeju's coastal lines and rocks along the beaches. hope to do again with the help of the local team of volunteers.
