The moment you step into the yard of Happyjae, you feel the peace of mind as if the sunlight always beating down upon you surrounds you. It means fox rain, which is the rain that comes for a while on a sunny day and then stops, and the sun-filled Happyjae is a warm and cozy space as if it embraces even the drizzling rain with warm sunlight. When you pass through the L-shaped yard where the sun shines down warmly and enter the interior of Happyjae, a cozy space spreads out. It is the dining space where you can share warmth and talk freely, the main bedroom space with a spacious dressing room, and the modern and magnificent bathroom space with a bathtub.
