Our stay at the guest house in Alma-Aty, Kazakhstan, was marked by several positive experiences. Firstly, the location, although in a residential area close to the city center, offered a sense of tranquility away from the bustling streets. We particularly enjoyed the opportunity to relax on the lovely terrace and make use of the barbecue facilities provided. Additionally, the breakfast served each morning was a delightful assortment of sweet treats, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

I liked everything about this hotel. The location is out of the city but it is easily walkable. It is in a quiet suburban area. The decor is clean, fresh, contemporary and colourful and the bathroom appointments are fantastic. The lady I dealt with doesn't speak English, and I don't speak Russian, but we used google translate and facial expressions, and we did well. Her help and attention to detail was excellent. I enjoyed breakfast; there were enough familiar dishes to balance out some that were different for me - all good quality with a really useful time that it was available. To have bottles of water replaced in the room every day was a bonus.

Very clean spacious room on the ground floor, large comfortable bed ( we like a firm bed). Huge shower rose, loads of hot water with good water pressure. There is a terrace but we didn't use it.Very friendly helpful staff. Little English spoken but we got by with translation app. At first we thought the location was too far out of Almaty, half hour walk to Zenkovs Cathedral. But we realised that the air is a little clearer at the outskirts of the city. Very good value for money.

CryptoHotel is close to the heart of the city and the surroundings is very peaceful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very kind. They accomodated our early check in and also offered us free breakfast while we waited for our room to get ready. The breakfast is delicious and has good variety. They even kept our luggage for a day while we went for a trek. It is great value for money. Highly recommend.

We went here for a family trip to Kazakhstan. We came late night from Indonesia, the staff was very helpful (I think he also the owner). We stayed here for 4 night, the food was really great.. Will absolutely come back here again if we ever have the chance to visit Kazkhstan again
