The house is located in a picturesque area near the mountains of Almaty, 27 km from the city center (45 minutes by car from the city center, 40 minutes from Almaty airport). Services: • Three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king size double bed, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet • Living room with upholstered furniture, sofa bed and TV • Kitchen with dining table for 10 people, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes. • SPA – large heated swimming pool, hammam, sauna. The SPA area can be used until 10 pm. The price includes 3 hours of SPA • Basement with billiard-table, bar counter, TV, karaoke and sofa bed • The house is surrounded by a large beautiful walking area with an apple orchard and a beautiful view of the mountains. • Large terrace of 70 sq. m. – table, garden furniture, barbecue, gazebo. Outside the house there is a playground, a basketball hoop, a trampoline for children The maximum number of guests is 8 adults. The ski resort "Oi Qaragai" is a 7-minute drive from the house A cafe with national cuisine is located within walking distance, where you can also order food delivery. The nearest grocery store is a 5-minute drive away. A shuttle service for guests from Almaty Airport is available for an additional fee.
