COST GIVEN IS FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE FURNISHED (WITH 3 AIR CONDITIONED BED ROOMS with linen, 3 bath- rooms, 2 living areas, one out door living area and equipped kitchen ). 10 minutes away from Airport. Colombo city is 15 minutes via express way. Only 500 meters walk to Ja-Ela town center. The house is situated in a serene LAKE FRONT environment, at Lake City Ja-Ela. This housing village has got 24 hours security. And also there are security cameras fitted around the house out side and one in common area toward main door entry for additional security.
We mostly live in New Zealand. This is also our own self contained furnished house (with all air-conditioned bed rooms) that we use to stay when ever we visit Sri Lanka. It is looked after by a caretaker in our absence. It is vacant almost 80% of the time of the year , and available for visitors to stay AT A VERY ECONOMICAL RATE. So we expect visitors to use it with care and keep it clean like your own home while you are staying there. Thanks
