I liked everything about this place! The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean, AC worked, there was a balcony to relax in, and the pool was a bonus. The couple running the place and their staff were great. Loved the dinners I had, the generous fruit plate offered for breakfast, as well as especially prepared vegan options. Location was a little further out but for me this was perfect. Felt very safe and looked after. Any problems were fixed immediately and whatever I asked for was provided. A great stay with delicious food and fair prices - recommended!

We loved the location. Further form the dirty beach, in nice green quiet neighbourhood. Close to a train station, not far from the airport. The hosts are extremely pleasant and the hotel is worth a lot more than it is sold for. The food was good, the room was spacious (old aircon bit noisy). The best part of course was the pool. Clean, big and deep. Best pool I ever had in these hotels. I could have spent a day sunbathing and swimming. Great place,

Very nice property and lovely rooms. You can see that everything is brand new. Lovely pool and garden area. Big rooms and nice bathroom. The couple are very friendly and help you with anything you need, speak French English and German. The food was amazing!! Very nice stay if you are in Negombo area or need to get to airport or are just arriving in Sri Lanka

Amazing hotel. We only stayed a few nights but wished we could have stayed longer. Sonja and Bernard were so kind and welcoming, and their 2 dogs are the sweetest. The rooms have all the amenities one needs and the place is located in a very relaxing and calm part of Negombo. We would definitely come again if given the chance.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely place! Its location, situated conveniently between the airport and Negombo downtown, made it perfect for both arriving and departing. The owners, a charming German-French couple, were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The swimming pool and the garden were delightful spots for relaxation, and I couldn't resist taking a dip. But the real highlight was the food prepared by the owners themselves. Their authentic Sri Lankan dishes were a culinary delight, and the pizzas were a pleasant surprise – almost as good as Roman pizza! Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay, delicious food, and warm hospitality. It's a hidden gem that I'm glad I discovered!

Ich verstehe Leute nicht, die hier keine 10 Punkte geben. Es soll aber angeblich welche geben, die man niemals zufrieden bekommt. Ich kann MILLET'S FOOD COMPANY AND COOKING CENTER uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ich komme wieder!

°Sonja and Bernard are the best. They're so kind, understanding and they do everything they could to make you happy. °The cleaning was done not in two seconds as everybody does in different countries. They cleaned the place like for themselves. °The food was good. °The room was huge. °Everything worked well. °The pool was maintained very well. °I had some probs at work and Bernard and Sonja were so kind to me letting me go one week earlier than planned, they refunded the amount exactly as it was supposed to be. Oh, I'm so touched by these people and their kind hearts. °If you want to relax and you're tired of the city, metropolis noise, hussle and stuff, this place is ideal for you. Or maybe a one-two-three day stay for chilling before going to the next place. I'd never advise any other places but this. You'd never regret it.

Coup de coeur! Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt bei Sonja und Bernard. Exzellente Gastgeber, und herzliche Menschen, mit denen man gern zusammensitzt! Die Zimmer sind Topstandard für Sri Lanka, alles neu, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das teure Ayurveda Resort, in dem wir zuvor waren, konnte da nicht mithalten. Der Garten mit Pool ist eine kleine Oase im trubeligen Negombo. Besonders angenehm fanden wir, dass Sonja und Bernard wunderbare Gerichte anbieten, so dass man für lunch und dinner das kleine Paradies nicht unbedingt verlassen muss. Sie selbst und ihr in Dubai angelernter Küchenchef zaubern tolle Sachen zu guten Preisen. Wir empfehlen die frischen gegrillten Shrimps, auf den Punkt und lecker spicy! Alles in allem eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung, die wir noch vielen anderen Gästen wünschen!

Chambre spacieuse, propre et bien aménagée. Douche très agréable avec de la pression, ce qui est assez rare au Sri Lanka. Les hôtes sont aux petits soins, nous avons très bien mangé et ils nous ont même préparé un petit déjeuner à 7h avant qu’on parte pour l’aéroport. Je recommande si vous voulez faire étape à Negombo, l’hôtel est situé à 30 min de l’aéroport.
