The Lovina Place is all about tranquility and a peaceful 'home from home'. We treat our guests with a warmth and kindness that is reflective of our culture - The Sri Lankan Smile. We are 5 minutes wal to the beach but away from the noisy railway track and tucked away in relative calm and quiet. Just about 12 KM away from the Colombo city centre we are located in the suburb of Mount Lavinia complete with its fabulous beach areas of restaurants, bars and everyday life. Our rooms all have private bathrooms, double bed with comfortable mattresses and cotton linen. Some of the rooms have rain showers and air conditioning and hot water showers. We have quiet spots I the garden where yo can enjoy to yourself reading, sipping a beer or having a cup of fine Ceylon Tea even!
I have worke in the hospitality sector for much of my life and I have a passion for making my guests comfortable and happy. I love to make people happy and content making sure they get what they would like to feel at home - with Eason of course!
Barnes Avenue I Mount Lavinia is a fairly quiet residential neighbourhood with several hotels in he vicinity. From Lovina Place the Railway station is about 10/15 minutes walk as is the bus terminus. Shops supermarkets post office, banks, ATM is within easy walking distance
