We booked this riad for three nights and I can honestly say now it was the best stay during our trip. The location of Riad is very good: you can easily reach both Medina for touristic walk or the lively street to go somewhere by taxi. The patio does not look gloomy as in many other similar riads thanks to the transparent roof. The breakfasts were complex and diverse. The sunny terrace with the beatiful view included too. And, of course, I have to mention the hospitality of Mustafa and other members of the hotel team who were ready to help us any time of the day and who made our staying in Fes so lovely. Thank you guys!

What truly set Riad DAR JEANNE, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel like a valued guest, and every request was met with a smile and genuine willingness to assist. Whether it was arranging tours, recommending restaurants, or simply engaging in friendly conversation, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. And then there's the food. Oh, the food! The breakfasts served at Riad DAR JEANNE were a true highlight of my stay. Each morning, I was treated to a delicious spread of fresh fruit, pastries, and traditional Moroccan dishes, all lovingly prepared and presented with care. It was the perfect way to start the day and provided me with the energy I needed for exploring Marrakech.

Everything was really good. Very friendly and helpful staff. They woke up at 6 to cook us breakfast because we had to leave at 7am. Welcome tea and cookies when we arrived. The room was big, comfortable, plenty of fluffy blankets and clean.

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, efficient or friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Mustafa including showing us the best place to change our money outside of the medina. Every day, a hearty continental/Moroccan breakfast set us up for the day. Would recommend using the Riad to organise transfer to and from the airport - it would be difficult to find if you were just dropped off by taxi as it is in the medina. The fact that it is in the medina is positive but it is in a quieter area so we slept well. Has a rooftop area where you can sit and enjoy some views. We would certainly stay again.

The staff are amazing. Mustafa and Said do everything to help you down to the smallest detail. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. Dinner at the riad was good as well. I recommend Riad Jeanne for anyone wanting a genuine local experience.

We really enjoyed staying in this Riad. The service from the host was excellant and he organised a taxi to pick is up from the train station. We were met where the taxi driver dropped us off and escorted to the hotel - no stress at all. The hotel is beautifully decorated and in a nice quiet street. Our room was a good size, clean and beds really comfortable. We had plenty of hot water for showers and WiFi worked well in the room. From the hotel , it was only a short work into the Medina.
