Property information

Hello. This is a beautiful 2 level penthouse located in the center, just at the entrance of Rose Valley park. We have 5 bedrooms fully equipped with all needed for a comfortable stay. We have 2 bathrooms (one at each level) with showers, bidet, washing and drying machines, soap, shower gels, toilet paper, hair dryer and straightener and much more. Also a big kitchen with a coffee machine, filtered drinking water and variety of teas, kitchenette, oven, microwave, and much more. Also 1 open balcony for smokers and one huge lounge closed balcony for relaxing with comfortable furniture.

Neighbourhood information

We have 4 big supermarkets around the Penthouse. The biggest park RoseValley is just couple of meters away. It has nice coffee points and restaurants. It's 1 bus stop till the city center and/or central market or you can walk 10-20min till downtown. Big shopping mall shopping MallDova 10min walk. From the airport 15min by taxi.
