Our house is 3 storey high with a large double garage, the roof of the garage is a large terrace with a pool, table and 6 chairs, parasol We live in the ground floor apartment and the 1st floor is the rental section There is a reasonable view of Tivat Bay All the furniture and appliances are brand new

We are situated in Sutvara which is very convenient to shops Kotor old town, Budva, Tivat, beaches and many other amenities such as Lovcen National Park
