This is a gorgeous property and is only a few metres from the sea. This property has three floors, is full of natural light, and can comfortably accommodate 12 people in 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have en-suite bathrooms. The property also has access to private boating pont on the seafront with steps down into the water. The property is air-conditioned and every room has a smart tv and high-speed internet throughout. There is parking available but with restrictions. During the high season you have to pay for parking which is available at either side of the town. It is best to park on the east side of the town (Kotor side). Parking is free during the low season. If you need help with your luggage contact Nenad. Also – we can arrange a free visit to Our Lady of the Rock Island.

Perast is a small and charming town, with a number of traditional tavernas and two high-end hotel restaurants Iberostar and Conte You can get around the area on local buses. If you're driving there is limited parking. There is parking available but with restrictions. During the high season you have to pay for parking which is available at either side of the town.
