Villa is located in Gornja Lastva, municipality of Tivat, a place that is a tourist attraction of the Boka Bay. Settled on the sunny slope of Vrmac hill, Old Stone House Villa offers a beautiful view of Tivat and Kotor, surrounded by stone, beautiful gardens and Mediterranean plants, which gives it a special charm. It consists of two units, one and two bedroom apartment. One bedroom apartment is settled on the ground floor. One bedroom apartment offers fully equipped room, and an authentic interior adapted to the site. As much attention is paid to decoration details, also as much has been invested in furnishing the apartments, so that guests feel comfortable during their stay, with all the necessary things. Beside bedroom, living room, kitchen and toilet, the unit also have their own terraces. Both villas have they're own private pool, which offers sea and coast view, so the guests can enjoy in the patio. Parking is avaliable. Enjoy complete privacy in this authentic rustic property, just a few kilometers away from the beach.
Gornja Lastva is an old, authentic Boka village that has located on the Vrmac hill above Tivat for centuries. Stone as the basic building material and Mediterranean plants in which the settlement is hidden, reflect the recognizable Mediterranean ambience. An ambience that has not been disturbed by modern construction for many years. They preserved the authenticity of the traditional way of building. Walking through this ancient village, you will feel the breath of the past. Stone paths and houses, colorful gardens, antiques and herbs are just some of the beauties you can see in this little paradise. View from the village is stunning, becouse you can enjoy overlooking the Boka Bay coast. The biggest advantage is that you are approximately 10 minute drive far away from the beach in Tivat. As one of Montenegro’s coastal towns, Tivat is definitely worth a visit. Whether you’re looking for luxury, exciting outdoor activities, or just to lounge on the beach, Tivat offers it all.
