Het viel niet mee om gedurende de kerstvakantie een betaalbare accommodatie te vinden voor ons gezin van 4. Mont Vernon is lekker rustig en op 20 minuten rijden van Philipsburg/Marigot. Accommodatie echt keurig. Precies zoals op de foto’s. Schoon, nieuw/gerenoveerd appartement in complex, modern ingericht. Op loopafstand van het strand van Oriënt Bay al is dat wel het deel zonder strandtenten/restaurants, maar dat bereik je weer met 5 minuten in de auto. Leuk, best groot zwembad bij residentie. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor huurauto. Bakker en grote supermarkt dichtbij. Contact met eigenaar/beheerder verliep prima via whatsapp. Sleutels via kluisje met code verkregen. Toen bleek dat de inductiekookplaat defect was, werd er de volgende ochtend direct een andere geleverd. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is er.
