Charming 3 bedroom house located in the heart of Orient Bay 250m from the beach, restaurants, shops and beach activities. No need to rent a car, everything is done on foot. Very quiet environment for relaxing holidays. Lots of space with fully equipped American kitchen and a large air-conditioned living / dining room extending onto a green terrace Private swimming pool 100Mbps Wi-Fi 10 000 international TV channels Villa Ti Bo Beach is a very comfortable house of 135 m2, renovated in 2018. It is designed with great taste with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom is on the mezzanine accessible from the 2nd bedroom via a spiral staircase. All rooms are air-conditioned. You can also enjoy a private terrace of 40m² on the ground floor or a covered terrace upstairs of 15m². You will enjoy the entire house exclusively. You will be welcomed by Daphnée and Gilles who will be delighted to assist you throughout your stay in choosing your activities, if you wish. Orient Bay is the most popular tourist area on the French side: * magnificent white sand beach with a turquoise sea * restaurants and beach bars with deckchairs for all budgets, * beach activities: jet skiing, kite surfing, sailing... * shops: supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, tobacco... If you also want to discover the rest of the island, you will find rental cars very easily and at very reasonable prices. Kia Picanto from 35 Euros / day, delivered to the airport or Marigot pier. Free parking at the foot of the accommodation. Important: to take advantage of 2 rooms, you must enter 4 travelers, and to take advantage of 3 rooms, you must enter 6 travelers.
