This modern, brand new, and stylish Penthouse is located on a hilltop with unobstructed views. Perfect home for a couple or small family, whether its for pleasure or business Very close to the village core, only 5 minutes by walk where you could enjoy restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, and all amenities. Easy on-street parking and close to bus stops. The space Well-lit, modern, beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and with amazing views. Self-check-in or welcomed by your hosts, it's easily accessible by lift (4th floor) or stairs. Once you enter you'll find an open plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The large outdoor area is equipped with comfortable sofas and a dining area where you can relax and unwind whilst enjoying the beautiful view. Next to the kitchen, you'll find the main bathroom. One main bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe and you'll have access to the back balcony. Equipped with high-speed internet, air-conditioned, remote-controlled pergola, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and one large LED TV ( living room ). All essential cutlery, pots, and pans, coffee station are provided to you. Bed linen and towels are included in the price Guest access The entire penthouse is accessible to our guests. Other things to note The street parking is free and available. The nearby bus stop has connections to the main bus routes.
