This tiny studio penthouse is set in a historical home opposite the Grand Harbour in the Three Cities. Ideal serene location but central and close to the bus stops, ferry to Valletta, restaurants, cafes, shops, historic places and culture centres. Contains a large private and secluded open-air terrace with dining area commanding amazing views of the harbour. Own bathroom, washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet with working desk. Minimalist industrial style designer finish. The space It's much more than just a room with a bathroom: This top floor accomodation served with lift comes with what you need to relax or be productive: A dedicate folding working desk with blazing speed internet access, wired ethernet, USB charging points and universal sockets that keeps you productive: Ideal for the Digital Nomad. A well equipped kitchen inclusive of washer-dryer for longer term accomodation, espresso machine, toaster, microwave and oven, hob, ironing facilities, individually controlled air conditioning, a sizeable high pressure shower, memory foam single bed, armchair, 43 inch TV with the possibility to access your Netflix subscription and other channels, etc.

A space where you can spend a huge number of hours in great privacy while dining away or beautifully working in the open air or simply soaking the sun or just sitting back and watching the world go by. Simply zen. Guest access The accomodation is easily accessible from No. 5 Fortini Ta' Felic. Free non-metered street parking right in front of the accomodation. A parking area is 50 meters up the street. Pharmacies, shops and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away, while bus stop, groceries, cafe and snack bars a 1 minute walk. The lovely ferry to Valletta is only a 5 minute walk. In 10 minutes you will be in Valletta.
You will appreciate the authentic Maltese character and lifestyle of local people in their day-to-day environment. Lovely helpful people and the bustle of Bormla, the Three Cities and ferry to Valletta are all very close. The street is a dead end and almost pedestrian, so you get the best of both worlds. This apartment is literally sitting right on the Harbour front with breathtaking views. It is close to Palumbo shipyard and its superyacht operation, as well as the American University of Malta (AUM). There is unmetered street parking spaces in front of the accommodation. From a total of 40m2 occupied by this penthouse, half of this area is indoors and the other half is the open air terrace.
