Excellent location: just 5 min. from the sea, 10 min. from the center of Sliema, near the promenade, buses, ferries... Apartment: new, clean, bright, air-conditioned; large bed with good mattresses; all the equipment worked.

Nice big room, with cook top and fridge. Located close to tas Sliema bus stations and ferries. Staff friendly, obliging and a little pushy wanting the .50 cents p/p per day for eco friendly tax which is not included in the booking fee. This must be paid in cash, cards not accepted. Made arrangements to pay this tax next day but staff were ringing me to pay this money. So ensure when you arrive at this place you have this money ready.

Ana, staff was wonderful. Greeted us and provided clear instructions and backup methods if lost card. She was amazing to our requests. Apartment was very clean, lovely balcony and array of lights to choose from. Kitchen well equipped and easy to use stove. Clean towels and bedding. I would only mention that no duvet was given but a faux fur blanket and a thin sheet. This was pretty cold for a January visit. Other than that, 10 minute walk from the waters. I’d come back. Thank you!

The personal was very nice, the room very clean and the AC functional and very needed with the temperatures in Malta. The towels were changed at 2 days and they also cleaned the room and the bathroom. The stove in the room is very good for morning coffee. The elevator very useful after walking all day. We stayed 8 days and enjoyed our stay very much.

Location is very good, 5 mins walk from Sliema Harbour front. The place has elevator. It's all very new, was build/modernized inside recently. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Well, this is not a review of the actual place, since I didn't get to stay there. I booked a place in a double mixed room (the only decent place I could find last minute for the weekend) and, after my reservation was confirmed, I was told that there was already a girl in the room, who refused to share it with a guy. Why would you book a stay in a double mixed room if you're not comfortable with that?! Anyway, they offered me a private room in an apartment shared with two students, a bit further away, in Swieki. The place was clean, the guys were nice, so in the end it turned out ok. A lady even came and allowed me to check in sooner and to leave my backpack. If they had cancelled, I would have had a hard time finding another place.

Was able to check in a couple of hours early and get to room. Gisele, the manager/owner, was very friendly and accommodating. Going above and beyond. Very good value for money, great location and clean.
