At ground floor one finds a spacious kitchen living and dining room. There is also a bathroom at this level. A door leads to the outdoor area which includes a pool, outdoor lounge area, an outdoor kitchen with a bbq, a garden and a kids area including a trampoline, a toy house and other kids toys. The outdoor area has also a shower room. A wooden staircase leads you to the intermediate first floor where one finds a double bed with the possibility of adding another single bed in it. The bedroom includes a spacious terrace overlooking the pool and garden. On this floor there is also a shower room. On the first floor one finds another double bedroom with the possibility of adding a single bed in it. The bedroom has also a large ensuite shower room with it. On the second floor one finds the third bedroom which includes a double bed. This room has a terrace with it which is overlooking the pool and garden. A washing area can also be found on this level which includes a washing machine, a drier and a terrace. The house is suitable for kids since all the levels are secured with safety gates. Additionally the pool is also surrounded with a saftey railing ensuring kids saftey at all times.
