Everything was exceptional, truly luxurious: the hotel, the facilities, the staff, the food, and it was in the perfect location (within St Julian’s). Katerina really went above and beyond to make our stay beautiful. Room was decorated for my 30th birthday. We received multiple complimentary drinks too throughout our stay. Mohammed at front of desk was super helpful and kind. As was Mariam at breakfast. The staff are always smiling and ready to help.

Too many wonderful things to say to fit it all on this review. We had such an amazing experience at intercontinental Malta, from the moment we checked in we was looked after by Katerina who was very welcoming and accommodating. She upgraded us to a club room which was lovely, but after an issue with the heating we were surprised with an upgrade again to the most amazing suite by a gentleman who’s name I have forgot (sorry!) - The suite was unbelievable and we absolutely loved staying there. We hope we are lucky enough to get to experience another stay in that room at some point in the future! We didn’t want to leave and we will definitely return to stay again. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality!

We went for the valentines , we found the room decorated for valentines , after 5 min two very friendly ladies from the staff came with 2 bottles of liquers and full plate of treat , ( hearts made of different types of chocolate) we reallt really appreciated it ..and the staff ? Spot on
